Scottish Short Bread

Ingredients:
1 pound of butter
1 cup fruit sugar (if you have no fruit sugar use normal ground sugar)
4 cups all purpose flour

Steps:
In a mixer, mix everything until paste like.

Lightly grease a 10" x 15" pan.

Preheat oven at 325 farenheit/175 Celsius (approximately)

Pat batter into pan. Put in oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle sugar on top while still warm. After cooling cut into squares.
